I never thought that I will be able to finish a 10km run. Well, actually I never thought I will even try. When I was in my teens, I remember how my dad will drag me out to run in the evenings and how i will be panting out of breath after a few hundred meters of running. haha…. My parents are both very active in sports but somehow I am not at all interested. But as age is catching up, I finally realized how important exercise is and with a lot of encouragement from my sister and sister in law, I started running in 2010. At first it was 3km around the tracks and slowly it became 5km ( and i mean very slowly). By 2011, my super enthusiastic sister in law encouraged me to join a 10km run. So for the first time in my life, I registered and ran my first 10km!
